“Nikki here from Chef Brian’s Comfort Truck. I don’t know what I liked more from Longboards–the ice cream or the good people serving it. Both were TOP NOTCH. I can see why the cookies n cream is such a huge seller. Once mine was dipped in that Ghiradelli’s milk choc. and rolled in them oreos, I was done for! Mind you, I had to cut my bar up and make it bitesize (you gents know why), I couldn’t have eaten it faster with that spoon! The milk choc. was the PERFECT coating. It was a great mix of flavors. Talking about it is making me want one RIGHT. NOW. Thanks guys & hope to see you soon!”
